“Mo has recently provided workshops at Barking Enterprise Centre to selected local SME’s. The first, a workshop on gaining confidence in Public speaking was to a Ladies Group, Ladies Inspiring Business comprising 70 business women. Mo’s delivery was excellent and her obvious knowledge of the subject helped in addressing such a large audience.

A workshop on Elevator Pitches followed to a combined audience of new business start-ups invited from BEC and Starting Point, again this was very well received. Mo’s passion and commitment to inspire the group to engage correctly with potential clients was clearly evident from the resultant pitches performed following her presentation. We would have no hesitation in inviting Mo back to the BEC and will be looking to her for additional workshops.”

“I first met Mo at Barking Enterprise Centre At that time I was recruiting Cultural Connectors for my project, which is called Creative Barking and Dagenham and is all about creating more opportunities for creativity locally. Mo started telling me about her business and coaching skills and experience and that combined with her enthusiasm and sense of humour made me instantly realise she would be an ideal person to work with on our training and development fund, which is called People Going Places.
Mo took part in our first ever funding panel for this fund in March and was an incredible asset. Since then I have learned she is interested in writing about the project too; we are currently pursuing the idea of a joint column together about the project which I’m really excited about. It will be great to continue working with her and benefiting from her expertise!”
“Mo’s one page business plan has helped me to see my plan, my targets, steps to achieve my plan and my big picture of my destination all before me. This has helped me to keep running no matter the happenings.”
“For our team away day we arranged a training session with Mo where she delivered a workshop on Public speaking and confidence building. She developed the staff’s confidence gradually enabling even most shy of the members to deliver a presentation to the group.”
Melanie Isaac, Rich Visions
“I did my training through Skype and I really appreciated this because as a disabled person it meant I did not have to travel or get dressed and organise my home for a visitor. Mo was excellent and made the whole experience very interactive.”

“We have recently recruited Mo as one of our Trainers to deliver the Employer Responsibilities/Financial Awareness Course to our clients who have learning and physical disabilities. She has been able to adapt the programme to meet the specific needs of our client group. She introduced us to the idea of training our IT savvy clients via Skype.

The use of Skype has been very effective and the feedback from our clients has been excellent. Using the latest training technology such as Skype has greatly helped to reach some of our learners who love gadgets thus making the courses much more attractive. Apart from making our programmes become popular with certain clientele, it has also made it easier for us as an organisation to meet our objectives because we are able to serve more people and reduce the inconvenience of some of our distant learners having to come for training at our centre.

We will definitely be engaging Mo’s MOJO in our training programmes for the unforeseeable future.”

“Mo’s no nonsense straight to the point advice, has really helped me to push my business forward. I now have a water tight one page business map.

Mo has a great format that outlines my short term and long term goals for the business.”

“Mo has been a fantastic help, encouraging me to think about my business in more detail. She opened my mind to ideas for my business to succeed and to my surprise they have made my events more inviting and beneficial.”
